How to play

You will need a Google account to play the challenge.

Go to https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1FLbgChTeBg081iJIg_DIr5owl5sr3o8uRhTXdPPC5zY/edit?usp=sharing for your own copy of ABCDEFGH, make a spreadsheet of your own, and copy and paste everything from the spreadsheet from the link, to the spreadsheet you have made. It will look the same as the spreadsheet from the link. You can create and keep as many saves as you want, and they are all free.

Just to make sure you know, if you click on the green text on the top that says "COMPATIBILITY", you will see some guides that will explain how to get rewards by playing the other video games, and reward calculators, which you would be expected to copy.

Shop

Purchasable?: In the first column in the Shop sheet of your spreadsheet, you will see a number in each non-frozen row. It will either be a 1 in green background or a -1 in red background. If it's a -1, that means you cannot buy the title yet. While if it's a 1, that means you can. It is recommended that you filter by the values in the first column for an easier way to find out which titles you can buy, and which ones you can not. If you sort, your game would become a mess, so it is highly recommended that you don't do it (although you can undo the sorting).

Category: The category of the title.

Title: The title. (character, logo, etc.) Your goal is to buy all 2,016 titles.

Series: The series where the title is from. (Applies to characters and vehicles.)

EC 1, EC 2, and EC3EC stands for "Elemental Color". Each title has up to 3 elemental colors, no more than that. Each character, however, has no more than 2 elemental colors.

Currencies: There are 2 currencies: Plus and Minus. There are 10 more currencies: Mirror, Beam, Rumble, Metal, Flare, Speed, Flood, Venom, Glare, and Dull. There are also 13 colored currencies: Green, Aqua, Blue, Violet, Fuchsia, Pink, White, Yellow, Orange, Brown, Grey, Black, and Red. There are also 3 rare currencies: Comedy, Report, and Allure. They are used to buy the titles.

Current sums: This displays how much of each currency you currently have (in the second row). When you start ABCDEFGH, you start with 0 of all currencies.

Added amount & Sum after boost(s): This should display how much of each currency you received from the game that you have just played. In the third row of the Shop sheet, you will input an amount in each currency column (how much of each currency you earned), unless you earned nothing of certain currencies (in which case you would input all but any of the ones you received 0 of). Once you did all the inputs, the fifth row will add each particular second perspective value with their particular third perspective value. Then, you should copy the fifth row's numbers and paste them to replace the second row's. All of the third row's numbers should then be cleared out.

Subtracted amount & Sum after purchase(s): If you wish to buy a title you can buy, you can copy the numbers in the non-frozen columns in the row of the title you wish to buy. Then, you should paste it to the fourth row. In the sixth row, you will see how much you will have after you bought the title. The title will be added to the Current Collection sheet, alongside its category, series (if any displayed), and elemental color(s). The title's row in Shop should be cleared out. The fourth row should also be cleared out. First, make sure you have copied the numbers in the sixth row to the numbers in the second one.

Current Collection

You start with at least three characters. You start with Kiezer Olsen, Amy Brooks, and Queen Challenge+. If you appear in ABCDEFGH, you are a fourth default character (in your own copy/copies only).

Lineup: The order of titles you have bought. For example, if it's the first title you bought, you should put 1, if it's the second one you bought, you should input 2, and so forth.

Category Lineup: Same as lineup, however, the lineup only counts titles that shares the specific category.

Score Bonuses

Every time you play a game, it is mandatory to play with 1 good character on the team. You are not obligated to have anything else on the team.

You will be given a mission based on your lead good character's primary elemental color. If you fail to complete the mission, you don't get any bonuses. You do get all the bonuses you could possibly receive if you succeed the mission, though.

You need to buy 30 bad characters first before you can get bonuses from them.

By default, you can play with one of each category on the team. In the game, you use your currencies to buy abilities to use more bad characters, good characters, and creepy logos.

  • Angry people - 10% boost in Rumble, 10% boost in each elemental color, 20% boost in Minus.
  • Bad characters - 100% boost in Bad character 1's elemental color (50% in each one if dual typed), 20% in all other bad characters' elemental colors (10% in each one for dual typed characters), 10% boost in Minus from each.
